Founder’s Story

CulturaFi was born out of a simple but urgent question: Why do so many students, especially international and underserved ones, feel lost in their career search?
As a behavioral scientist, I saw the gap clearly. Resumés and grades weren’t enough. Traditional recruitment platforms ignored the very things that make people thrive: culture, personality, and behavioral fit. Employers struggled to see beyond credentials, and students lacked tools to understand and express their strengths in ways that mattered.

That’s why I built CulturaFi: to combine behavioral science insights with an AI-driven agency. Our platform doesn’t just list jobs; it actively engages students in conversation, analyzes their responses, and guides them like a digital career coach. The AI learns from each interaction, but the foundation is rooted in behavioral clarity and cultural alignment, so students don’t just find opportunities, they find the right ones.
