Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which CulturaFi, LLC ("CulturaFi," "we," "us," or "our") handles requests for refunds related to our digital products and services. By accessing or using the CulturaFi platform (the "Services"), you agree to this Policy.
1. Digital and Personalized Services
1.1 CulturaFi provides AI-driven behavioral assessments, insights, and reports that are personalized to each user. Once a service has been accessed, processed, or delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable due to the customized nature of the product.
1.2 By purchasing or subscribing to any Service, you acknowledge that processing begins immediately upon access, and therefore CulturaFi cannot guarantee refunds after the Service has been initiated.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

You were charged multiple times for the same product or service.

A verified technical error on CulturaFi’s end prevented delivery or access to the purchased Service.

You canceled a subscription within three (3) days of purchase and before any personalized data was processed or report generated.
2.2 CulturaFi reserves the right to review each request individually and issue refunds at its sole discretion.
3. Refund Request Procedure
3.1 To request a refund, please contact support@culturafi.com within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction.
3.2 Your email should include:

Your full name and registered email address.

Order or transaction ID.

A brief explanation of the issue.
3.3 Once a request is received, CulturaFi will review it within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days thereafter.
4. Subscription Renewals
4.1 Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
4.2 Cancellation halts future billing but does not apply retroactively; previously charged periods are non-refundable.
5. Employer, Institutional, and Partner Accounts
5.1 Any customized agreements with employers, universities, or business partners may include separate refund or cancellation provisions.
5.2 Where such agreements exist, their specific terms shall prevail over this general Policy.
6. Modifications
CulturaFi reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
