These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and CulturaFi, LLC ("CulturaFi," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CulturaFi platform, including our website, services, and any content or tools made available by us (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Services.

1.1 You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2 If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization or employer, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Use of Services
2.1 You agree to use the Services solely for personal or internal business purposes related to job search or recruitment, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 CulturaFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

Account Registration
3.1 In order to access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. CulturaFi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

User Responsibilities
4.1 You agree not to submit any false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the platform.
4.2 You shall not use automated systems, scrapers, or bots to extract data from the Services without prior written authorization.
4.3 You shall not upload or transmit content that infringes upon intellectual property rights, contains unlawful material, or violates the rights of any third party.
4.4 You agree not to interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of CulturaFi or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services without CulturaFi’s prior written consent.

Data Privacy
6.1 Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6.2 By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Termination
7.1 CulturaFi may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform or its users.
7.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services shall immediately cease, and you must delete all downloaded or stored content obtained through the platform.

8.1 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CulturaFi makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listings, employer information, or user content.
8.2 CulturaFi disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your reliance on or use of the Services, including without limitation, loss of employment opportunity, data loss, or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CulturaFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States.
Modifications
CulturaFi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
